Hello, I was on flight BA2272, JFK to Gatwick (arriving this morning, 2 October) and took the wrong suitcase by mistake! The suitcase is identical to my own (large Tripp hard case in colour light pink/rose gold/champagne ish) with the same worn markings, hence the mistake!
The name on the tag is Williams and the contents is baby clothes. Grateful for any help anyone can offer – I believe this passenger would also have taken my bag by mistake! Name on the tag will be my husband’s name, Daniel Rose.
Can also confirm I’ve reported this to both Gatwick and British Airways but think messaging on here may work better.
