Please help! My bag was taken (I think accidentally) by another passenger getting off a jet parks 3 shuttle bus at approx 3:00am on Monday morning, 21st oct.
I believe they got off for a flight at terminal 2 and took my bag by mistake instead of there own, which the driver took to lost and found at the airport. I assume they didn’t notice till after boarding as my bag shows no match’s with the lost and found database at airport, so is either with an unknown to me airline or the individual still.
My bag black hand luggage sized case with wheels and built in padlock. In the front zip pocket is my travel and insurance information and a black electronics case with blue power bank.
please help!
