Stolen purse in Dundee – Angus

In the early hours of this morning two scumbags broke into Jenny’s van and stole her purse.
The purse was tucked away out of sight but they clearly had a good rake through the van.
There was only about £20 cash in there, but also her TSB Visa Debit Card, a TSB Business Visa Debit (in the name of Scot Paws), a TSB Mastercard and a Barclays Credit Card. More devastatingly, an irreplaceable picture of her old horse and dog together.
From what we have put together there was a mini crime spree in Birkhill and Muirhead last night.
We believe they parked the car they used in front of the old van garage across from Adil’s shop.
They stole from us around 0250 and broke into another van along the road where they stole tools.
The stolen car they used was in the car park at the Birkhill Inn after 0300 as it was seen and some of the contents discarded there.
They used our business card in McDonald’s at Camperdown at 0329 for £11.
Then at 0455 they used the personal TSB card at BP Kingsway West for £17. Then at Shell Forfar Road at 0504 for £31.70 and again at 0505 for £10.33 before the cards were blocked.
Police have the evidence and are chasing the CCTV from the businesses, they have also recovered some evidence and we are waiting on Scenes of Crime.
If you noticed anything suspicious, or have had anything broken into/stolen overnight then please get in touch so we can build any evidence.
