Hello everyone, we were on a flight back via tui flight number TOM5645 on the 6th July from Rhodes so almost 2 weeks ago and I believe soone has taken our case in error of the baggage reclaim it’s a pink case with a heart sticker on it and should have our name on the label DURDEY I have been in contact with Swiss ports and they found a pink case that had been left in Rhodes with no tags, but had a broken handle I thought it was ours so had it delivered to me, unfortunately it’s not our case but does belong to someone else??? it’s a long shot but anyone out there have a pink case that isn’t there’s?? I may now have yours , My daughter is heart broken as all her birthday clothes were in the case , thanks
