Yesterday 8 th September my daughter missed her flight to turkey she made it through security, but her gate was closed when she arrived she was told her luggage would be taken off the flight, but unfortunately when she went to collect her case only her boyfriend‘s case was there and not hers. If anyone reading this has picked up a case that looks like this one, please get in contact my poor daughter was so looking forward to her first holiday with her boyfriend & has lost all her belongings
