Hi! I’m new to this group. I recently joined because my lovely sister lost her luggage at Stansted – travelling to Spain. It was completely her fault. She hasn’t used the automated check in service before – and stupidly put her bag on the conveyer belt having not checked it in, weighed it or attached the label. Her bag never made it to Malaga (rather inevitably)

She suffers depression and her medication is in her bag. We have given a detailed description of the bag and contents on an email address that were supplied but have hit a dead end with so many telephone numbers are message only. Any additional advice would be so appreciated.
