Hi! I’m new to this group. I recently joined because my daughter lost her handbag last night (25/10/2024) at Terminal 5 arrivals. It’s a crossover bag with some personal items in it along with bank cards and receipts. She was on a BA flight from Geneva. If anyone has seen it please could you contact me. Thank you.
