I have just been to Tesco’s in Bognor regis. I was writing a shopping list for my elderly mum by the self check out and between where I left her sat and going to get a self scan gun, I have dropped my cross pen (black at the bottom and silver at the top, a fairly chunky pen).
I asked staff in vicinity and at customer service and not handed in. Please hand it to customer service desk as it is sentimental value as a 60th birthday present.
