Hi, we lost a black canvas back pack travelling back from holidays on Saturday 24th August – we came through Heathrow terminal 5 and then across to long stay parking – I’ve tried all of the normal lost property services with no luck – it also had my families passports in the bag plus some sunglasses and a headset – if you’ve stumbled upon it please let me know
