Hi everyone,
Someone has accidentally picked up my mum’s suitcase today (Sunday 6th October) at Heathrow airport after a flight from Cancún, Mexico with British Airways.
The it is a large light blue ish case containing worn holiday clothes – nothing of value but somethings that are irreplaceable because of sentiment
We understand that someone with the same case has accidentally picked up my mum’s as theirs was left was left behind.
She’s spoke with the airport and they had tried to contact the owner of the other case for her but as of yet they’ve not responded – just posting on here incase anyone knows someone that may have been on the flight and picked up the wrong case.
She’s absolutely devastated so if anyone can help!
