Hi, arrived in LGW last 14/8 @0945 am via TAP-Portugal from Toronto-Lisbon-LGW, my luggage did not appear in the carousel (5) or maybe somebody mistakenly took my luggage. Navy Blue large luggage, hard case, 4 wheels, with a gold ribbon on the handle. If found please get in touch. Thank you.
